We are looking for competitive Female Tele Sales & Marketing executives to help generate and follow up sales for our Hair, Beauty, Makeup Studio and Academy business.

Qualification and Skills:

1. Graduates with Pleasing Personality and Marketing Skills
2. Minimum 3 years experience in sales (lead conversion preferred)
3. 2+ Years experience in telemarketing
4. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently under minimal supervision
5. Proven working experience in Tele Sales & Marketing campaigns
6. Excellent sales skills, phone manner and articulation
7. Proficiency in Spoken English and Hindi
8. Typing speed minimum 40 WPM
9. Results-driven and willing to work on target basis

Requirements and Duties:

1. Increase revenue through sales/conversion maximization.
2. Call our generated leads and make them aware of our brand, services, and skill courses.
3. Daily follow-ups for previous leads.
4. Maintain a detailed database about the communication with leads through CRM.
5. Place phone calls to potential clients from our CRM or other modes. 
6. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
7. Answer potential clients’ questions about our skill courses, hair, makeup, and beauty services.
8. Convert between 2 and 5 inbound leads per day.
9. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
10. Train other telemarketers when required
11. Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to support staff
12. Refer customer queries/calls to counselor or manager for better conversions.
13. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
14. Knowledge of sending emailers and follow-up on emails is preferred
